Dear Brian, It has been approximately 3 months since I purchased the Bimmer. I looked for BMW's locally and on the web for nearly 6 months until I saw your ad. I have never purchased anything over the web, let alone an 18k vehicle. I have to say it was the best decision I made. Although I was quite nervous about sending a check to another State for a car I didn't have yet, nor had I ever seen in person, I must say you guys were on the ball. There is A Better Way... I believe I have found a better way to purchase used cars. I am writing this to express my thanks to all those at 101 Pacific Coast Autos. I have been searching for a used truck for some time and then I came across this company. After the pressure at dealers asking for deposits and many used car lots where I found high mileage autos at high prices, I found this place. Who would have though no pressure, an actual garage with ASE certified technicians, and nothing but good looking, low mileage, late model autos.
The owner Brian told me stories about getting into this business and things he did to help his customers, sometimes at a loss. This closed the deal for me. Are these guys for real? Used cars? Buy them here. It surely is A Better Way. -Norman L.

Thank you so much for your excellent service and patience while purchasing the Saab over the weekend. I have to say it was a relief to meet such professional and nice people and your service and care was excellent. It was so much fun and a pleasure to drive my Saab back to LA and I had absolutely no problems converting back to manual transmission or changing gears with my right hand instead of my left (as we do in Australia)! I feel relived to also have the three year warranty and hope I won't have to use it! Sincerely hope you find the Honda a good home and thank you for looking after him for me.

Brian, I want to take a minute to thank you for all the kindness and generosity you have shown to my family this past year. OK... So I was searching for a specific car to buy. I have been doing the internet pricing and found what I liked at 101. My wife called and spoke to Brian who was very nice. We got to the lot and it was a small lot (40 cars or so, BMW's, Porshe, Mercedes and better grade cars) but in a local beach side neighborhood. Brian came out and greeted us in shorts and a smile.
Anyway, my wife and I looked at the car we liked (2002 BMW 330ci Convertible) and Brian asked if we wanted to drive it... The test drive was great but we wanted to drive other cars to compare... we ended up driving 3 different cars on the lot and no stress about it.... ok ok let me get to the point... All the cars on the lot were top notch and priced really REALLY well.
All of the people we dealt with were all friendly, not pushy and personable We got a fantastic deal as they accomodated our needs....
Here is the kicker of it all-- I am from the car business from many years ago... and I can tell you that 101 PCA went over and above to take care of us (and others I saw come on the lot).... A FANTASTIC SELECTION OF QUALITY CARS, GREAT PRICING AND SUPER SERVICE.
oh and by the way- Brian is the owner!... He took the time to talk with us, talk about the car, the lot, their history and just friendly conversation... a true blessing to the car industry and 101 PCA's customers....
I cannot recommend them enough.
